We ran across DB.LV today and it is an excellent business news portal in Latvia, providing news about Latvia and the world in Latvian language. They also do a very short daily English-language summary of the most important business news, otherwise linking to BBN in Estonia, the Baltic Business News (BBN) portal, which is in English.
